Registration Note

  • The registration fee includes Conference & Workshop.
  • * The Journal Indexing Fund (INR 500) and Incidental Charges (INR 200) is applicable for All Delegates, PG’s and Senior Citizens.
    (Not Applicable for Accompanying Person).
  • Bonafide letter / College ID card attested by HOD is mandatory for all PG’s.
  • Senior Delegates (age above 65 years) are requested to send their DOB Certificate copy to avail the free registration.
  • For spot registration - conference kit is subject to availability.
  • Cancellation charges will be applicable as per the policy.

Cancellation Policy

TNOACON 2020 Registration cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in writing as indicated below.

  1. Requests must be addressed to the TNOACON 2020 Oranizing Secretary.
  2. Requests must be e-mailed to tnoacon2020@gmail.com
  3. Telephone requests will not be honored.
  4. Refunds will be intiated after the conclusion of the conference as per the policy.
  • 75% Refund - Cancellation done before 30th Nov 2019
  • 50% Refund - Cancellation done between 1st Dec 2019 to 31st Dec 2019
  • 25% Refund - Cancellation done between 1st Jan 2020 to 15th Jan 2020.
  • No Refund -* Cancellation done from 16th Jan 2020 Onwards.
  • * if a member is selected for any paper or poster presentation cancellation of registration is not entertained.
